Practice
Outdoor season this year will be from April until September. Practice will be at the Flowerpot fields in Exeter - just across the bridge from the Mill on the Exe pub (see map below). We play every Monday from 6pm til 8pm and usually head to the Mill on the Exe afterwards for a drink or two and optional wasabi nuts and pint of chips. When winter comes around practice is held at St. Peter's School, Exeter. See the winter training page for details.
What do I need?
You don't need any special kit to play ultimate but shorts and a T-shirt or loose fitting clothes are recommended as you will do lots of running! If you own astro/hockey boots or football/rugby boots (studs or blades) then they will help you stop slipping around, but you don't need them - trainers are great! You might also want to bring a bottle of water and suncream (hopefully).
Location
The Flowerpot fields are beside the Exe, just across the river from the Mill on the Exe pub. This is just between the Exe bridges and St. Davids Station. Below is a map of Exeter town centre with the location of the fields given by the green arrow. If you're driving, the Mill on the Exe has quite a large car park but I guess you should make sure you buy a drink afterwards.
