Practice

Indoor season is from October until late March / early April with a break over Christmas. Practice will be from 6:00pm till 8:00pm at St. Peter's School, Exeter and will cost about £4 each which goes towards hire of the sports hall. When summer comes around practice is held on the Flowerpot playing fields. See the summer training page for details.

What do I need?

You don't need any special kit to play ultimate but trainers, shorts and a T-shirt or loose fitting clothes are recommended as you will do lots of running! You might also want to bring a bottle of water.
